Born in Provence, in a wine-growers family, I learnt from my childhoodhow to know and enjoy the inseparable worlds of wine and gastronomy. Good food, always respected at home, was the preserve of my elders, who helped me discover, very early on, what the charms of Provencal cuisine were. How was I not to share their passion for the art and the pleasures of cooking ?
