Jean Roch ollier, a passionate olive grower, created in 2009 the Moulin de Barbentane, in a familial place that became a quality establishment which proposes high quality olive oils and derived products.

Jean-Roch followed a course on olive sector and production. During the course, he spent time in the mill in les Baux de Provence and the region. With his knowledge and his passion, he decided to relaunch the tradition of the production of olive oil in Barbentane (the last mill closed in 1941).

In the beautiful medieval village of Barbentane, located between Avignon and St Remy de Provence, the mill is now an institution for the local inhabitants. Today, they all come to the boutique to buy oils, or derived products, or to bring olives to the press.
