Tomato confit : The Moulin Ollier de Barbentane offers different kinds of cream, paste or tapenade made with the extra virgin olive oil. Made in Provence.
Recipe prepared by Jean-Roch Ollier, a mill owner in Barbentane. As an toast as an aperitif, with crudités, poultry, goat cheese, can be used in cooking to brush meat or fish. Store in a cool place after opening and consume quickly.
