Tapenade of artisanal manufacture recipe elaborated by Jean-Roch Ollier, mill owner in Barbentane. As an toast as an aperitif, with crudités, poultry, goat cheese, can be used in cooking to brush meat or fish. Store in a cool place after opening and consume quickly.
